  • Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

    A: We are factory. We are experienced manufacturer, have our own factory and warehouse. Welcome to visit our factory and assembly lines for credibility and reliability.

  • Q: Do you have stocks available?

    A: Because many specification and parameters can be customized, different customers have their different requirements, meanwhile for the purpose of reducing financial stress, we seldom have trucks in stock, all trucks are latest model and produced in accordance with orders

  • Q: What is the process of placing an order and what is the payment terms and trade terms?

    A: After we finalize your ideal specification and parameters, a Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract shall be signed and stamped in digital copy sending by email. FOB, CIF and CFR are our frequently used trade terms. As for payment terms, we have T/T and L/C at sight.
    TT: 30% paid as advance after signed the above mentioned Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract, then production shall be arranged. We shall keep our customers updated on the process of production with pictures or videos. After production is completed, we shall send photos and videos of the final actual trucks, or customers come to inspect the trucks. personally, everything is passed, then full balance payment shall be made before shipment is arranged
    LC: 100% irrevocable L/C payable at sight. Or 30% by T/T+70% LIC at sight.

  • Q: How long is the production time?

    A: It depends on the truck categories, for example, tractor head truck/horse needs 15-20days; Cargo truck and dump truck needs 25-35 days; trailers need 25-30 days; Tank trucks need 30 days around; but some special purpose trucks need a little longer time, like rescuing trucks, crane trucks, concrete pump truck, etc. All in all, we know our customers eager to get their trucks as fast as possible, so we shall coordinate the whole process nicely and try our utmost to reduce the production
